PCPriceIndia ("we", "us", "our") operates pcpriceindia.com, a price-tracking and comparison site for PC components across listed Indian retailers. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

  • Account information: when you sign in with Google (via Supabase Auth), we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
  • User content: PC builds you save and any posts or comments you publish in the Community section.
  • Session data: essential cookies and local storage used by Supabase to keep you signed in.

We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. If this changes, we will update this policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the PC Builder and Community features, authenticate your account, display your public builds and posts as intended, and respond to support requests.

4. Public Information

Builds and Community posts are publicly visible to all visitors by design. Avoid including personal information in builds or posts that you don't want to be public.

5. Sharing With Service Providers

We use Supabase (database and authentication hosting), Google (sign-in), and Cloudflare (hosting and CDN) to operate the site. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain account data and content while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights (India – DPDP Act, 2023)

You have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards (e.g. HTTPS, database access controls) to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
