By using pcpriceindia.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Description of Service
PCPriceIndia is a price-tracking and comparison tool for PC components across MD Computers, Prime ABGB, Vishal Peripherals, EliteHubs, Computech Store, PC Studio, and The IT Depot, plus a PC Builder tool and Community feature.
3. Accounts
Signing in uses Google OAuth via Supabase. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your account information accurate.
4. PC Builder & Community Content
Accounts may save up to 10 PC builds. Builds and Community posts are public. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant PCPriceIndia a license to host and display it as part of the service. Don't post illegal, infringing, harassing, or spam content.
5. Acceptable Use
No automated abuse, bulk data extraction, or attempts to disrupt the site; no unlawful use.
6. Price & Product Information
Listings are informational only and may be outdated. See our Disclaimer. Always verify price and availability on the retailer's site before purchasing.
7. Third-Party Links
Links to retailer websites are provided for convenience. We're not responsible for their content, pricing, or practices.
8. Intellectual Property
The PCPriceIndia site design and branding belong to us. Product names, logos, and brand marks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, PCPriceIndia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
